- • Valid medical license and board certification in Dermatology.
- • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in dermatology practice.
- • Expertise in diagnosing and treating skin, hair, and nail conditions.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients.
- • Ability to perform minor surgical and non-surgical dermatological procedures.
- • Knowledge of cosmetic dermatology is a plus.
AIRCON TECHNICIAN
Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Install new air conditioning systems, including ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections.
- • Ensure all installations comply with local building codes and regulations.
- • Perform routine maintenance tasks on air conditioning units, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of components.
- • Replace or repair defective parts, such as compressors, condensers, and thermostats.
- • Diagnose and repair faults and malfunctions in air conditioning systems.
- • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- • Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, provide estimates, and offer advice on system use and maintenance.
- • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working on air conditioning systems.
- • Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
- • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- • Complete and submit work orders and reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications/Requirements::
- • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) preferred.
- • Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Technician or similar role preferred.
- • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing air conditioning systems.
- • Knowledge of refrigerants and electrical systems.
- • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- • Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification for refrigerants) may be required or preferred.
- • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
